You answer a few short questions when you book: what you sell, what's working, what's frustrating you, and what you're weighing. I read them before we meet, so we start where it matters instead of starting from scratch.
During
We spend 90 minutes together on Zoom looking at your business and the opportunity in front of you. We’ll talk about where revenue comes from, what customers value, what’s getting in the way and what the business can realistically take on.
I’ll share what I see, and together we’ll narrow in on a move worth exploring and where to start.
After
Within 48 hours you receive your Next Move Memo, a short written summary of what we found and what to do next.

No. It's a working session, and you leave with a written memo whether or not we work together again. If a longer engagement makes sense, I'll tell you. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too.

You can reschedule or cancel your session with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed sessions are non-refundable. If something unexpected comes up, please contact me.
