Coaching excellence is not built in isolation.

The Community of Practice at The Art of Strategy offers coaches a structured, supportive environment to reflect, learn, and grow alongside peers—while strengthening the competencies and professional judgment required for effective coaching.

Grounded in The Three Lenses of Leadership™, Lead Self, Lead Teams, Lead the Work, this program translates leadership development into a practical coaching pathway:

  • Coach: Self — how you show up

  • Coach: In Practice — how you coach

  • Coach: In Business — how you operate with integrity

Each lens is essential. Together, they support confident, ethical, and sustainable coaching.
