DISCOVERY AND CREATE

We start off in the DISCOVERY PHASE, during this time we are going to get you super clear, super focused and super actionable. We will deep dive into:

  • Personal WHY
  • Corporate WHY
  • Have – Do – Be
    • Vision exercise.  The goal is to create a stretch vision that is emotionally compelling to you, one that incorporates and strikes a balance between both your personal and professional aspirations.
  • Circle of Perspective 
    • Snapshot exercise.  The goal is to provide exploration in the here and now and to provide an actionable plan for change.
  • Personal Vision
    • Vision Mapping exercise.  The goal is to determine what you want your personal life to look like in 3 years.  We’ll cover relationships, family, health, spiritual, social, fitness, intellectual, emotional, lifestyle and any others that may come to mind
  • Business Vision
    • Vision Mapping exercise.  Now that you’ve got clarity on what you want your personal life to look like, we’ll deep dive into your professional vision.  One that aligns and enables your personal visions.  The areas you focus on, and the work you choose to do, should be chosen to best support your life vision
  • Personal Strengths, Opportunities, Needs and Improvements
    • Here will we mind map to understand the tools needed, gaps to fill and strengths to lean into to help support both your personal and professional vision
  • Corporate Strengths, Opportunities, Needs and Improvements
    • Here will we mind map to understand the tools needed, gaps to fill and strengths to lean into to help support both your personal and professional vision

Now that we have a very clear understanding, we can establish measurable expectations that are realistic and attainable.  During this phase, we will create a 12-month operational tactical plan that is geared creating more revenue, in less time.  We call this the CREATE PHASE and we will start to build out:

  • Strategic objectives
    •  that are specific and measurable – what you are going to do, and how you are going to get there
  • Scope
    • what’s in play, customer types, products, services, geographic, and other dimensions
  • Advantages
    • leaning into WHY customers will buy from you

IMPLEMENT AND SPRINT

Then we go into the IMPLEMENTATION PHASE where we deploy actions stemming from the plan that are tailored to best suit objectives, coupled with priorities, for a lasting impact on your business’s capabilities, strategies and competitiveness.

And now we SPRINT. There are 4 Sprints in a year, 90 days each. Each Sprint will see you create 3-5 high level goals, again coupled with a tactical plan in each area of growth. The goal here is to be in a continuous rhythm of micro-wins, always meeting your goals, and encouraging you to tackle bigger and bigger aspirations until world domination is yours. Here we will be meeting bi-weekly, every month for the next 12 months, ensuring that you stay on track with clarity and focus, speeding your journey to success.

What started out as consulting, helping organizations unearth pain points, focusing on maximizing revenue generation along with developing talent and teams, quickly became something more meaningful, more impactful.

Realizing that no one was addressing both the business and personal sides of success, Alison worked her way to earning dual designations as a Certified Executive Coach and a Certified Life Coach, topping off her education by getting certified in Leadership Coaching from Harvard University.

She morphed The Art of Strategy into being able to offer a full-service wrap around blanket – consulting and coaching – to the clients she serves.


Alison works exclusively with small to medium sized organizations, with a depth and breadth range working across multiple industries, she is a highly sought after Strategist and Coach.
