Top Executive Coaching Voice — LinkedIn (2024)
Getting certified isn’t the finish line. It’s the beginning of your professional identity as a coach.
And that journey can feel isolating.
You’re holding space for others.
You’re building something from scratch.
You’re trying to meet high standards, while still building confidence in your own voice.
You don’t have to do that alone.
At The Art of Strategy, we support coaches who care deeply about their craft and want to build something sustainable around it.
Clear standards.
Honest feedback.
Shared growth.
Real belonging.
This is for coaches who take their work seriously - and want to grow with others who do too.
Choose Your Path
We support coaches through three stages of professional growth:
Community of Practice
Practice together. Refine together. Stay sharp.
ICF Mentor Coaching
Strengthen your craft. Earn or renew your credential.
Beyond the Badge
Build the business behind your credential.
Community of Practice
Grow the Craft. Together.
This is a structured space to practice, reflect, and strengthen your work - alongside peers who care about professional standard.
The Three Lenses
Self — Presence. Bias. Confidence.
Practice — Competency refinement. Direct feedback.
Business — Structure. Boundaries. Sustainability.
You practice out loud.
You receive clear feedback.
You grow in community.
More precise.
More grounded.
More confident.
