The Professional Coaching Journey.
Built to the Highest Standard.

Top Executive Coach — CEO Today (2022)
Top Executive Coaching Voice — LinkedIn (2024)
Becoming a coach is meaningful work.
But building a professional coaching practice can feel surprisingly lonely.
You’re holding space for others.
You’re developing your own voice.
You’re trying to meet the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) while also figuring out the business side of coaching.
Most coach training programs prepare you for the craft.
Very few prepare you for the profession.
At The Art of Strategy, we support coaches who take their work seriously and want to build something sustainable around it.
Clear standards.
Direct feedback.
Professional growth in community.
This is where coaching becomes practice — not theory.
Choose Your Path
Three ways to strengthen your coaching practice.
Where you begin depends on where you are in the journey.
Community of Practice
Refine the craft. Stay sharp.
A professional space where coaches strengthen their craft through peer practice, reflection, and real conversation.
Because coaching mastery develops across the coach you are, the craft you practice, and the business you build.
ICF Mentor Coaching
Earn the credential with confidence.
Our ICF-aligned Mentor Coaching program helps coaches deepen their competency and meet the requirements for ACC, PCC, and MCC credentials.
Not theory.
Real coaching refinement aligned with the ICF Core Competencies.
Beyond the Badge
Build the business behind your credential.
A credential proves competence.
A coaching business requires structure.
Beyond the Badge helps coaches turn credentials into sustainable practices.
Community of Practice
For coaches committed to refining how they show up — in themselves, their practice, and their business.
The Community of Practice is a professional calibration space for coaches who want to keep improving.
Not casually. Deliberately.
Through structured reflection, peer dialogue, and live coaching practice, coaches sharpen their presence, awareness, and professional judgment.
The Three Lenses
Each session develops coaching mastery across three dimensions of the profession.
Self
Presence, awareness, bias, and confidence in the room.
Practice
Competency refinement through live coaching and direct feedback.
Business
Structure, sustainability, and professional boundaries.
You practice out loud.
You receive thoughtful feedback.
You refine the craft.
The result?
More precision.
More grounding.
More confidence.

Beyond the Badge
Build a Practice That Performs
A credential proves competence.
A coaching business requires structure.
Many talented coaches struggle with the business side of coaching.
Not because they lack ability — but because no one ever taught them how to build a professional practice.
Beyond the Badge helps coaches move from:
Credential → Practice → Sustainable Business
Most coaches stop at the first two stages.
Beyond the Badge focuses on the third.
This is not marketing hype.
It is clear, disciplined business development for professional coaches.
