We record over Zoom, so you can join from anywhere. Both audio and video are captured during the session to ensure a full, high-quality recording.

Once the recording is complete, the raw files are sent to our professional producers. They edit both audio and visuals to create a polished final product. The audio episode is published worldwide on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon, and other major platforms. The video is edited into both long-form and short-form versions and shared across all of our omnichannel platforms to reach the widest audience
